Legal notice and terms of use

Owner

As required by article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI), these are the details of the owner of lalista and lalista.app:

• Owner: Daniel Marín Bocanegra.
• Tax ID (NIF): 49364636N.
• Trade name: lalista.
• Email: [email protected].
• Activity: developing and providing a shared shopping-list app.
• Postal address: given to anyone who asks for it at [email protected].

This activity needs no prior authorisation or entry in any register.

Hosting

lalista's servers and database are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), in its Nuremberg data centre. Emails are sent by Resend. The other providers that process data are listed in the privacy policy (https://lalista.app/en/privacy).

Your account

• Your account is personal. You must be at least 14.
• You are responsible for what is done with it. If you think someone has signed in without permission, end their sessions in Settings → Sign-in methods and write to us.
• You can delete it whenever you like from Settings.

Fair use

lalista is free for the normal use of a household or a group. To keep it that way there are limits: 200 lists per person, 30 people per list and 1,000 items per list. You may not use lalista to harass other people, send spam, automate access or try to get around these limits or its security.

What you publish

The recipes and profile you publish are yours and you are responsible for them. You give us permission to show them within lalista to whoever their visibility allows, and nothing more.

You may not publish content that is illegal, offensive or that you have no right to share. Anyone can report it from the app; we review it and may remove it or block the account that published it.

lalista Plus

• Plus and Familia are subscriptions bought on the App Store or Google Play. The price is the one the store shows you before you pay, taxes included.
• They renew automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before from the subscriptions in your Apple or Google account. Refunds are handled by the store under its own rules.
• Plus gives its features to the permanent lists where you put its seats (1 with Plus, 4 with Familia), for all their members. A seat can be moved to another list once every 30 days.
• If the subscription ends, the lists lose Plus's features, but nothing is deleted.

Availability and changes

lalista is a small project. We do our best for it to always work without losing data, but we cannot guarantee it. We may change or remove features; if a change affects you significantly, or if we ever close lalista, we will tell you in advance so you can export your data.

Links to the App Store, Google Play or other websites imply no relationship with them, and we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

lalista is not responsible for the shopping you do or for supermarkets' prices or products. We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and otherwise as consumer law provides.

Intellectual property

lalista's name, brand, design and code belong to its owner. You may not copy or use them without permission, except for normal use of the app.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live. Before that, write to us at [email protected]: almost everything can be sorted out by talking.
